Access to this website is strictly subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement below. In this agreement, "we" and "us" refer to OCReady, 'the Site/website' refers to ocready.com.au and "you" refers to the applicant.
The products and services displayed on this website are limited to persons who are eligible to enter into contracts under applicable laws. OCReady reserves the right to reject your application to become a registered user and to suspend user privileges of any registered user who violates this Agreement. Use of this website implies your consent to this Agreement. OCReady's packages are for purchase by bona fide applicants only, i.e., those preparing for and sitting OC tests.
Returns, refunds or exchanges will not be provided unless there are exceptional circumstances and the decision whether to provide a return, refund or exchange is solely at OCReady's discretion. All requests for refunds will incur an administration and banking surcharge of at least 20%.
All fees are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change our prices by posting notice to your account and/or website. Any disputes regarding fees must be reported to support@ocready.com.au within 72 hours of the date of the disputed invoice.
All content included on the Site is the sole property of OCReady and is protected by Australian copyright and other intellectual property laws. All material is meant for personal use only. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of site content is strictly prohibited.
OCReady shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages incurred arising out of the use or the inability to use this website. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of information provided.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met in their entirety:
All claims must be submitted via email to support@ocready.com.au within 14 calendar days of the official offers being released by the Department of Education. The email must include the student's full name, the parent's full name, and the official documentation as an attachment.
Upon receipt of a claim, OCReady will conduct an internal audit to verify that all eligibility conditions have been met. OCReady reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the conditions have been satisfied.
If the claim is verified and approved, a full refund of the program fees paid will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the fees paid for the specific, eligible program. Failure to comply with any of the conditions outlined above will render the participant ineligible for a refund.
